As a subsidiary company of Precision Terminal Logistics, The Kearney Companies Inc. operates 7 rail-served warehouse terminals in New Orleans and 1 rail-served warehouse terminal in Savannah, GA. The New Orleans warehouse operations are located near the Port of New Orleans - Napoleon Avenue Container Terminal and other Mississippi River Break-Bulk terminal locations, allowing for efficient movement of cargo. Recently, in 2024, The Kearney Companies added a 210,000-square-foot warehouse located at 5200 Coffee Drive in the Uptown Port of New Orleans Terminal. In total, The Keaney Companies operates over 1,200,000 square feet of rail-served warehouse capacity and over 50 acres of laydown capacity for various cargo types, including steel, lumber, bulk products, and Ocean Containers in our CY Yard. Our New Orleans Warehouse Terminals are serviced by The New Orleans Public Belt Railroad, and our Savannah warehouse location is serviced by CSX.
